Our aim in writing this book is to share with other folks the really good
things about barley, an almost-forgotten food.

When we mention barley as a food, “I like barley in soup” is the usual
response. Most people are not aware of barley’s versatility, nor do they
realize the exceptional nutritional and health benefits of eating barley.
The cookbook contains over 150 delicious recipes, including detailed nutrition
information, that will allow you to include this fabulous grain in your everyday meals.

developed and individually tested by a vegan nutritionist.
